Get out of your head and into your body.
How can you take better care of YOU? What do you need today? To find a way to relax and exhale in the midst of life’s busyness and intensity? Sure thing. A more therapeutically-oriented session to help you find relief from a chronic issue or injury? Can do. Abdominal massage to focus on and address digestive or menstrual issues? You got it, sister.
Best of all, your session includes firm pressure and deep tissue work (if needed and desired) and the use of appropriate essential oils personally selected for you at no additional charge.
My specialities are lower body, hip, and low back issues.
If you’re experiencing pain, reduced range of motion, or a lack of ease in your own body and are ready to start feeling BETTER, it’s time to reach out.

THE FINE PRINT
Cash, check, credit/debit card, and HSA or FSA payments accepted. Clients are responsible for contacting their HSA/FSA administrator to confirm services at Little Dipper qualify as covered expenses. Gratuities are not accepted (please bring exact change when paying in cash).
In order to honor the valuable nature of our time together and Little Dipper practitioners' ability to work with other clients and students, if you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please do so at least 72 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. If you fail to do so (or no-call-no-show to your appointment), you may be charged the full fee for the session you had booked.
If financial hardship makes it difficult for you to receive the type or frequency of bodywork you need, please reach out. Little Dipper offers a limited number of sliding scale sessions each week and Kate will be happy to help you determine if you qualify for reduced pricing.
